Being newly weds, my husband and I were excited about moving into our new apartment. Everything seemed great for a couple of months. We are SO glad we found a house and are moving out. Yes the landscaping is awesome! But only b/c they are doing it at like 7-11 in the morning once a week! They seem to be more on top of that than anything. I myself have never had any issue with the management team, but I had an emergency Christmas Eve when my toilet well broke and flooded my bathroom. The maintainance guy came within 2 hours, temporarily fixed the toilet and told us to call the office on Wednesday and have someone come in and replace a part. I did just that and no one to this day ever came! I called twice! Our neighbors are another issue and it seems to be getting worse every day! In the rules and regulations it says nothing, NOTHING in the hallways! Well, every friday and saturday 20-30 shoes piles up in the hall in the doorway to both their apartment and the door to get out of our hallway to go outside! And the other day my husband and I were leaving and there were dirty diapers outside! I was infuriated! My husband was just as upset as I was but I had enough! I called management and the woman I spoke to could not believe it! She said something would be done about it...by the time we came home all the shoes were gone and the dirty diapers as well...we have no clue if management came and said anything. As for today...I'm doing laudry in the horrible laundry room we have in our building and walked by another neightbors door ont he way down to the laundry room and they also had a dirty diaper in the hall and that's not it...The had garbage bags and can in the hall....IF it smells bad...put it in the dumpster outside, don't make your neighbors have to smell the crap from your house! It is quiet, only had one night I had to call the cops b/c two guys who didn't even live in the building were outside at 3 am in the pouring raid talking so loudly they woke us up and we could get back to sleep b/c of their loud conversation. I have to agree with another person on here that mention the card loading...one maching in the main building that closes at 9, doesn't make since and you are screwed if you ruin out of money on it! It's not a horrible place just not the best!

VERY accurate! Well Said. Very honest opinion. Instead of CENTURY Hills, its more SECTION 8 HILLS (this is the nick name that everyone calls this dump)
