Very bad experience. They show model apartments first to attract the customers. But when we saw the actual apt, it was nothing even close to the model. Wardrobe was broken in bedroom and drawer of kitchen was stuck. the dish washer would not open if the refridgerator is not opened. When we told this to leasing office, she started to shout in her full voice. She said what did we expect in this price range' She said it was up to us to either take it or return the key....I was shocked to see how they shout at their customer. And they advertise this as a LUXURY apartment!!! She said that if I spend more money, I could have a doorman standing in front of my apartment elsewhere. I was very stressed at that time because my movers from Chicago were about to reach in 2 hrs. We return the key and put our stuff in a storage area. Horrible horrible experience!!!!! If they were shouting at us before moving, just imagine what would happen after we move in. We promptly found a great apartment in the Manchester area and are moving tomorrow.

Thanks to the leasing staff's (-----) rude behaviour, we were saved from staying in these apartments.

Sometimes people try to move in early, without paying...they pick a move-in date but then beg and plead to get keys before the apartment is ready because they can't plan their own moves well. I got to move in a day early but understood that they may have to come back to do things!! You get what you give!!!
