DO YOUR RESEARCH

All i can say is Do Your research: contact the Rocky Hill Health department, police department. I could not wait to leave. There are bed bugs, roaches and rats, not to mention numerous car thefts. The pool is never open and the exercise equpitment is outdated and a safety hazard. Hopefully you can avoid having to going to the management office or dealing with the barbie doll manager. She will avoid you and your phones calls. She is usually to busy putting on make-up or flaunting her outdated mini suits around the buildings. If you are pushy enough or threaten to call her supervisor she will make time for you. However, be careful how you approach her. She is very judgemental and made me feel as if I bothered her because my apartment was nothing like the one I was shown. Promises were made (to shut me up). When I moved the list of promises were still incomplete. To top it of they sent me a fifty dollar increase. Needless to say I moved. I found house to rent for 1100.00 a month. That is 160.00 less that what they were going to charge me. Bottom line......DO YOUR RESEARCH.
