Staff is unresponsive in emergency situations. Due to a recent fire, tenants were temporarily displaced. During this displacement, staff ignored all phone calls and inquiries. They were not cooperative at all. Tenants were initially told that costs during displacement would be reimbursed. After the fact, tenants were told that money would not be reimbursed.

Speaking of fires, why is the fire department ALWAYS in the complex? The trucks come at least 5 times a month to each building with the sirens on. Are there that many fires? Or are they all false alarms?

Office people are a bunch of morons, that say one thing then do something else.
