Rent at Elms Common is extremely high. Staff and Property Manager are rude and arrogant. They fired the nice, helpful, friendly maintenance men and replaced them with sloppy, slow, and careless workers. Staff is not helpful at all. They ignore phone calls and letters. They make false promises. They are unresponsive. Staff is not in office during office hours .. they leave early or come in late .. with no notice. This is a pain when trying to schedule time to meet.

I miss the nice maintenance men too! They always went the extra mile to help out. The new guys are slackers. Not helpful at all, and barely do their jobs. YES! False promises galore at Elms Common!

Is it illegal for maintenance to enter the apartments without notifying the tenants? The notices say they will be entering the apartments on a certain date, and then a week later they come in with no notice. One gentleman caught my neighbor coming out of the shower in a towel! I think they have to give 24 hours notice if and when they intend to enter the premises.
