The property manager is always on your back and rude. They try to make you pay extra, to pay thier legal bills. The rent is high and they add to it each month. It's more of a retirement community, people are home all day on social security and report you for every little sound they hear. The residents are rude. The very first day I moved there, one of the residents did not welcome me. The resident said "YOU LIVE HERE!" I'm moving as soon as possible, good riddins to this dump. Property manager is an A-HOLE.

Just a thought for the first comment-Maybe you need to take a step back and look at yourself...you can't honestly expect anyone to believe that both the staff AND the residents have something against you??If you're getting legal fees, that tells me that you must have done something to be charged them. I'm not resident or staff, and your comments aggravate me. Why don't you quit the woe is me act and learn to take responsibility for yourself? And a response for the second comment(john118)-Just what exactly is "riddims"?

Although this review seems a bit extreme and harsh ... and kinda shady (why all the legal fees?) ... I agree with the bottom line .. Management could use A LOT of improvement. Property Manager is very rude. Most of the tenants are very pleasant, but I can see how a few could be taken as "judgemental". Overall, management is the big problem.

this is john118, that's what i mean, you'll get bill from them that you won't know what it's for, i don't know either. the property manager is not only an a-hole but a big f'in a-hole. beleive me DO NOT move here it's bad.
