Elms Common is horrible. When I first moved here, it was enjoyable ... pleasant ... no major issues. As the years go by, it has become more uncomfortable and more frustrating. The Property Manager and all the staff working in the Leasing Office are very unresponsive, rude, lazy, and disorganized. The Leasing Office has a high turnover rate. The employees don't work there for long ... there have been 3 different Property Managers in the time I've lived here. Getting anything done properly and promptly is a hassle. Calls to the Property Manager go unanswered ... there is a 50/50 chance of the Leasing Office being closed during business hours.
I mean ... as a review goes ... I hear worse things about Century Hills "Luxury" Apartments ... but Elms Common is quite bad.

The people in the leasing office hate their jobs, so they like to make the tenants' lives miserable. I feel sorry for them.
