I used to live at Elms Common. I didnt have any problems while I was there. However I have had nothing but problems at the new place where I live. I wrote a bad review here and was threatened with eviction if I didnt take it off. Has that happened to anyone here that has posted a negative comment'

Yes, simular thing is happening to me. I'm an older lady and live at Elms Common Apartments. I had a minor infraction (loudly expelled some gas). The office people caught wind of this, no pun intended. Now every week I get a notice of eviction. Stay where you are, Elms Common is just as bad. |

I have never lived where you are but as far as writing your opinion, management has no right to threaten anyone with eviction. Check out the CT.GOV website about the rules ands regulations of The Tenants and Landlords Rights. Also, it is freedom of speech. That's like saying they're going to evict you do to discrimination. They by law can not do that. Good luck.
