I am not quite sure why you would say all this which is totally false! If you were at our Holiday Party last year you would have known that the Fire Marshall himself was there! Our Holiday Party last year was a great success and The Fire Marshall and a member of our corporate office were here to judge the balcony contest. When the winners were picked we announced the winners right there at the party!! Each winner happened to be present at the party, if they were not they would have been notified.I do not appreciate you writing things on line which are completley false! I hope if you are a resident you would come to the office and discuss any problems you have with the office staff and not on-line. We are having another Holiday Party this year as told to our residents, as well as another balcony contest. We welcome all residents to join us on Dec 21st a notice of both events have been sent to each resident 2 weekes ago and also have been posted at the office for all to see.

Your Wrong about the Party and Contest!! I just called the Rocky Hill Fire Marshall 8602587603 and asked him if he was a judge for the EC Christmas balcony contest and he said NO. Stop the madness. What's the phone number of the corporate person ? I'll call them too. Liar, Liar pants on fire. I live at EC and would never come to the office, you would try to evict me too.

Did I read the last response to this comment correctly? Do I really read someone writing "Don't ruin Christmas again this year"? If this contest can honestly make or break your christmas, I feel very bad for you. If you'd like something to whine about, step outside of your apartment and get a real life. There is so much more in this world. Happy Holidays!

The first person who said their is going to be a party and contest, please edit what you wrote and take your lies out. I called the fire marshal too, he is not a judge. People will again spend hundreds of dollars for balcony Christmas decorations because of your lies, and again be told that "We decided against the contest, but the decorations look nice". This money could be used for the less fortunate on Christmas. Don't ruin our Chritmas again this year.

If I step out onto the balcony at EC, I'm liable to jump. Because suicide is better then living at this place. I never received notice about a Christmas party or contest, and I've been living here for 8 years now. I think not all tenants are invited, only the ones that go along with what the office people say. And since I'm not notified, they don't like me. I'm glad now that I didn't get notified about a contest, because if I would have spent money on it and it got cancelled I would have been upset too.

Your all wrong!!! Once again!! The Fire Marshal could not go so other represenatives from the State were there!! If you were not so busy trying to cause problems you would have known about it. Also stop with all of this sick crap. They dont have to do a balcony contest for us and give us money off our rent so enough!!! 1st place winner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The President was there, he judged the contest, NOT. Their is no such thing as a Christmas beautiful balcony contest. So don't waste your money like I did.
