I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Deceitful management, lazy maintanance, cancelled Christmas contests, big loud metal hallway doors, drafty apartments, the list goes on and on. I do not have enough time to talk about how bad this place is. Just read all the previous reviews. And don't let a kind review get in your way, that is just the deceitful management people doing what they do best, trying to deceive us. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I agree 100%! When we first moved in, we moved in on the 27th (3 days before the new month). We called before hand to make sure that we could move in early and told them that we would pay extra. THey told us not to worry about it. Day of move in, they tried charging us $300!!! After MUCH argument, they gave us a monthly "special" and waived the fee. HOWEVER, I walked in the office to drop off my deposit, only to find the MANAGER talking crap about me, telling her coworker that I was a "stupid ----- who was trying to rip them off!" HOW AWFUL!

When I lived there I had several run-ins with her. She would be out front when I came home from work and would give me a dirty look. What a wonderful thing to look at after a long hard days work. I'm sure her boss's know about her shenanagens. I got help from her boss when I e-mail'ed skonover@konoverproperties.com. She made up lies about us when we moved out, and sent us a bill for some large amount of money. But we wrote to skonover@konoverproperties.com and her boss came down on her and we did not have to pay anything. Read some of the past reviews, they refer to her as an A-HOLE. And I totally 100% agree. I don't know why the other workers stay there, or put up with that. Come on co-workers get outta there.

AH you had damages in your unit thats the sroty here and are pissed off at that. Me personaly if you have a beef with some one tell them to thier face not on a computer come on children grow up!!!!
