Well, i lived there, it is obvious that who ever gave high rating is a part of management scam, probably people who work there and try to show their place nice as much as they can (There are 3-4 different female girls whom are completely idiot and smart-less at the rent office, if you read good ratings you will probably understand the scam). When you go there; you will observe that environment, pool, management etc etc are nice, and i am pretty sure you will love it in the first sight. But wait till, you really meet with management and people who lived there. They are terrible, horrible and retarded people. Most of the people in the entrance floor are really handicap people, and majority of the tenants are old (about to die). Those building built for government for nursing homes then rent to the some kind of ------ management. First of all, management look at you a piece of s.it and they charge you extremely high for that region and when you move out, they have a list of things that whether you leave the house clean and correct or not they charge you almost $300 box. They have a manual that whoever is in the management has to follow. So, you need to read carefully. Otherwise, they screw you over. My suggestion is, if you can find any other place just go there, skip this place!!!!
