I live here currently, and am looking to move as soon as my lease is up. The apartments themselves are nice, but maintenance is sorely lacking. The office staff is rarely able to take your call, no matter what time you call the office, and they will almost never return calls. The maintenance staff is good, responsive, but the property owners seem to be skimping much more on repairs, and the management in general has gone down hill greatly in the past year.
