I've been here for a year and half and this place over the last months has been going down hill. It feels like they are just giving away apartments with some of the freaks moving in here lately. My apartment is nice, it's big enough for us and back when we signed it was worth the money. We've had to put up with noise young kids upstairs even after several complaints. Some of the more recent maintenance issues are light bulbs not being replaced, piss in the stairwell or and just today I got LOCKED OUT of the building!! I'm not sure if they changed the locks but they left a nice note outside the lobby door saying "if your key doesn't work, call the office". So convenient! I get home from work and I'm locked out of the building! Another time some idiots, I'm sure deliberately smash a loaf of baked bread down the stairwell. That didn't get cleaned for 4 days and after I called to tell them. The pool is OK, if they show up to unlock it. Most of the time the usual annoying kids are there overtaking the entire pool so don't go for peace and quiet. The pool is just not big enough. I lost my carport pass (or got it stolen!) and when I went for a new one that was $50...wow, to replace a plastic hanger. Things have just been going on around here I really don't like and we can't wait until our lease is up to get the F out of here!!
