I think that this community is great. I've lived here for 5 years and have not had one problem. When I call the office to have something in my apartment fixed it is done that day or the next day. I agree that the winter snow removal was a nightmare, but it was everywhere, even with the state plowers. We all had to rearrange our lives! I have never had problems with neighbors or their animals making noise or otherwise, but as a rational person you realize that when you live in a community surrounded by lots of people there are going to be noises occassionally. I don't think it's ever been a problem here. In fact, I've met some really great friends here. The pool is immaculate, the grounds look great. I like coming home here at night because it is peaceful and I appreciate that since I'm at a very stressful job all day. I think that the office staff has never been anything but cordial and helpful, even going as far as coming into my apartment and watering my plants while I was on vacation last year for a month. I give a high rating!! I wouldn't have stayed here so long if it wasn't a great place to live! In fact, I have a neighbor that has been here for 10 years!
