The management is non-existent and unresponsive. They take daily vacations at the pool instead of doing their jobs. I have tried many times to call the office during office hours, and always get the machine. Then, if I leave a message, I get no response whatsoever.

I am not impressed at all by the pool or the so called "fitness center" (a couple of treadmills, a bike, and a weight bench). I have never once bothered to use these amenities. The pool rules are that any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. That allows the 16 year old hoodlums with no parental supervision to bring their friends and cause trouble all day long.

After living here for several years, I am finally non-renewing my lease this year. I shouldn't have waited this long...especially since they continuously go UP on your rent price EVERY YEAR!

If they actually DID something with the money they charge you, it might be worth it. But the plowing truly is the worst I've ever seen. They cut corners and don't pay for sanding or snow REMOVAL. Any maintenance requests require at least 3 phone calls to the office for an initial visit...and even then the job is done halfway, requiring 3 more phone calls to the office and yet another maintenance visit to "fix" their mistakes.

Don't waste your time with this place. It's the Ghetto of Rocky Hill.
