I loved living at Forest Park Apts too when I first moved in. It was early fall, and I had not known what I was in for. And I am born and raised in CT, so I am used to the snowy winters, and I know how bad they can be. You are in for a HUGE surprise when you see the lack of maintenance and care by the management once the snow comes! You will soon realize what it's like to pay $1000 for rent and STILL have to dig your own vehicle out of a lousy plowing job...that does not include sand or salt to eliminate ice. Have FUN! My advice...go invest in a good shovel now while they are on sale!
