I had to move once I realized the kind of trash lived here...

You wouldn't think so with the high rent prices, but don't let that fool you. Many of these people are living with friends to offset the rent prices. And the place is so trashy. It's like Melrose Place with all the drama and sleeping around, only the pool isn't nearly as attractive, and neither are the people.
I was not going to allow my child to be raised in an atmosphere that allowed trash to loiter around the buildings day and night, scoping out vehicles and looking into apartment windows. Completely UNSAFE!
My advice, there are several other apartment complexes in Rocky Hill that are NOT run by Tarragon Management. And the rent prices are all fairly similar. Go to them!
