I lived here in the past 1yr and recently another year, two diffrent mgmts. If before i was recommending this place now my word is: you have to be really stupid to go there. Even you cannot see what is going on, just based on rent price you figure out that you can rent at $900 2bdrs in rocky hill privetly with all inclusive, for instance; rather than paying to forest park for one bdr. Besides the incompetent, arogant mgmt, in the last 2 years forest park 'gained' an 'enhancement' of low class residents (despite the high price!)the results are/were imediate: dirty residential areas, trash all over the place and noise.
Go on August time frame on building 106A you will see mud and dog hairs on stairs all week because in spite of charging high rents and fees for dogs the mgmt considers that 1 time per week cleaning is enough (the same as in the past when no animals were allowed)
I'm not mentioning here the snow job, trash collectors and so on which are worst than in the past.
advice: do not be credule about what 'nice and well is there' - I read the mgmt comments ...'call this place home' this is a joke. I had 7 months of 12 living with their emploee (downstairs) who was listening TV/radio in the bedroom between 2 and 4 am and the mgmt just play with me; finally, after several written complains, they moved him instead of evicting him. Question to you reader: if you would do this, you will have the same treatment' I doubt.Or do you preffer to share my experience' I do not think so. Good luck with your choice.
For mgmt: I KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT LIKE THIS BUT THESE WERE THE FACTS you will better do something to justify your paycheck other than amortizing the swiming pool chairs whitin 1 year increasing the rent this is business not a place to rip off people
