Wow ... it wasn't perfect before the crappy managment!

After reading the comments regarding the new management company that took over about a month before I moved out ... I'm glad I moved!!! Fortunately I never had to deal with this so called shabby management, the management before was pretty accomodating and pleasant, and I can honestly say that I had good neighbors and I enjoyed (not immensely .. but it wasn't horrible!!) my 2 years there ... my MAIN complaint however is that I could hear my neighbors snoring, coughing, or even urinating!!! The walls are thinner than paper!!! I don't know how one could overcome that if you want an ounce of privacy (and being a newlywed at the time, I definitely wanted my privacy! :) ) When I was moving, I got a notice saying that my rent was going up by $150.00 for a 2 bedroom, one bathroom - because they were going to take out one of two kitchen drawers and one of two lower kitchen cabinets to install a dishwasher ... now granted I'm all of 120 lbs and I believe my ass stuck out in the hall while I was in the kitchen ... in other words .. small kitchen .. NOT worth $150.00!! I live in Century Hills now - 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, with dishwasher, central air & heat, several swimming pools (clean), sand volleyball court, walking trails, and tennis courts - for all of $1000.00 / month - I must say I made the right choice - AND ... I get to experience my newlywed experience in PRIVACY!!! :) qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
