To the point:
Bugs
Limited hot water
Loud dogs
No dishwashers or garbage disposals in 1 bedrooms which cost $875 a month.
Unprofessional Management.
Location = busy road.
Thin walls, old floors
Limited parking - management parks in the fire lane
Trash dumpsters always overflowing
No speed bumps, residents speed on the entry road.
Doors that slam shut
Limited washers and dryers
Tiny kitchens
More like a prison than an apartment.
Look elsewhere, this place is not worth it.
