I just moved in two months ago and so far I'm really happy with what I've experienced. The apartment I moved into had new carpet and appliances and it was really clean. I called about a leaky faucet and the maintenance guy came over an hour later to fix it. Considering the rising costs of just about everything, I feel lucky to have a place that includes heat, hot water and gas- especially since the other places in the area are priced the same, but don't include utilities. So far I'm really satisfied with my choice to move here!

good for you you have a nice new rug. We all pretty much had one, but at the expense of the previous tenant, which you will one day be. Before you say how nice it is.....you will someday be paying for the next tenant to be "temporarily" satisfied, as your security deposit will almost pay for the installation of another new rug. Sorry to burst your bubble, but look at your screens and how they fit, ask any of the 106 building tenants who have to trudge down the drive and through a moldy/musky stair well and halls to get to the laundry where the machines are all being used, and talk to your neighbors and find out about the crime, drug activity and vandalism before you start thinking your in Shangralla. If this all doesn't matter because it's not happening to you...well then you have the qualifications to be a property manager for Tarragon Management, and par for the course I guess
