We moved in here about a year ago and continually get notices about nothing of importance. You can hear your neighbors urinating coughing and snoring. floors a really creaky so I was afraid that my upstairs neighbor would be sitting next to me on the couch one night he would fall thru.
The windows get stuck and when you want them open there shut when you want em shut they wont close. Management now is so unbelievably rude and ignorant. The new property manager is a flake to be nice about it. The maintence guys were very nic but not all that great. We had a few issues that never were truely fixed they were just made to work while we were here but didnt look ok - temporary solution basically.
All I can say at this point is this is not a great place, people seem to be pretty rude unless you get the occassional nice one but management ruins it and now H-HW isnt included so be prepared to get ripped off, your neighbor may not pay for H-HW yet but you will, GOOD LUCK!
