Our best day at Forest Park was the day we moved out. We got to say good bye to the rat feces, the squeeky floors, the broken screens in the windows, the rodent droppings around and under our stove, the bathroom fan that we had to keep puting back together, the vandalism to our car, the long haul walking down to the laundry, the drug deals, the dark unlit areas outside, the management who have no power to actually taylor the service to the tenants needs, the late notices and threats regarding rent and everything else you had to adhere to 'OR ELSE'.

There was one incredibly sad moment a few days before we left when the new tenant who moved in next door asked us why we were leaving. We were nice and didn't voice our incredibly disastrous tenancy with him, but he went on to say he HATED it already (less than two weeks after moving in). I suppose it's fortunate though, because he decided he would just turn his music up to drown out the upstairs' tenants music. Get ready for a music showdown.

bottom line folks...there is a reason this place is ranked at the bottom of the list for Rocky Hill apartment buildings. Tarragon management, being a nationwide entity, (who has had criminal charges brought against some of the management in other parts of the country), cares nothing about the community except for the money it can rape (oops..meant to say reap, but who's to say) out of the people who choose to reside in Rocky Hill. If you are driving down West ST. in Rocky Hill and see the baloons in front.....keep driving...they're bait!
