1. Environment - Noisy. When the other poster says that you can hear your neighbors urinating, believe it. Additionally, these apartments are in desparate need of modernization. The kitchen in the 1BR is horrible to use, and the AC is useless.
2. Neighbors - I suppose some people in this complex are decent human beings, but I don't happen to live near any of them. They don't consider the fact that other people live here... Smoking in the common areas, yelling to one another from the hallways, and throwing their trash in the bushes. Over the two summers I have lived here, there was a group of kids that would hang around the apartments until about midnight playing music, soccer, and yelling. Police and management were ineffective.
3. Staff - I'm only giving two examples, but there are more. First, one of the maintenance crew tried to open my door without knocking. Fortunately, it was deadbolted. If I hadn't terminated my lease already, I would have at that point. Secondly, the hallways were painted in July and the "Wet Paint" signs were never taken down. This shows how much maintenance cares about cleanliness and presentation in the apartments.

To who ever wrote about Forrest park apartments the filth,noise,and the awful so called human beings living there. Thank-you so very,very much. I was justr about to rent a 2br. and give them 6months in advange, but you can belive your life,that after hearing this not on your life. thank-you again that's $9,000.00 that will go somewhere worth raising my 2 little ones. GOD_BLESS You!!!!!!!!!!!!!
