From: VINTAGE19511985@YAHOO.COM Date posted: 8/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   AS A COMPANY THEY ARE NEARLY BELLY UP...MAYBE THATS ENOUGH TO TELL YOU SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MANAGMENT COMPANY......I LIVED THERE FOR 5 YEARS...AND IT WENT FROM A NICE PLACE TO LIVE TO A DUMPING GROUND FOR "ANYONE WITH RENT MONEY"....WITH A MANAGMENT STAFF THAT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CONSTANT NOISE UPSTAIRS/DOWNSTAIRS....OR THE PARKING LOT CAR BREAKINS...OR THE ALL NIGHT POUNDING/NOISES...OR THE "FLOW OF NON-RENTERS" LIVING/STAYING THERE FOR A SHORT TIME ..THEN LEAVING......OR THE LIES ABOUT THE "COST OF HEAT".....THIS COMPANY...IS ON THE EDGE OF COLLAPSE....RENTING HERE.WOULD BE A FOOLISH THOUGHT...PET OR NO PET..."FRIENDLY"...AND YOU WILL STEP IN LOTS OF "PET FRIENDLY".. DO THE RIGHT THING...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST...THE ONLY HIGH POINT IS THE MAINT. GUYS...THEY WERE GREAT!
