I just moved here from Elms Common figuring any place is a step up from there. But reading the reviews looks like this place is just as bad. I'll let you know in a couple of months. Might have to buy a house rather then put up with this poor managed apartment living. But then the houses cost to much. This Rocky Hill area is for older people who bought their houses years ago when they were inexpensive, and they still live here, not letting anyone younger breathe. Maybe I should leave this area altogether.
