What a bad place to live

The biggest problem is, this is a condo place where most of the condos are "rented" as apartments. The conflict comes from the people who own the condos (and have lived there for 20 years) and the renters.. lots of catty/whiney neighbors.. and not just around me, but everywhere. There were CONSTANTLY insinuative memos put under my door that I need to cease and disist this or that.. when I wasn't doing anything! There would be a neighbor spat over dogs, so we'd ALL get another threatening letter about dogs.. I don't even OWN a dog!! The management is forced to play Kindergarten teacher for the whiney condo owners.. what a mess, find another place to live. I did.
