very nice place to live

I don't know if the management has changed, but my experience in Greenfield wasn't bad at all. Granted, I'm younger and I was living with cats and no children in #53 Robbins. Most people don't move their cars for the plow, and yes it can certainly be noisy in the mornings when there is mowing, but it's an apartment! It's going to be noisy!
That said, I heard very little from my neighbors. No one ever took my spot, and my live in boyfriend always had a place to park (yes he gave me the assigned spot).
I must have had very nice neighbors because we never fought about anything. The staff was very friendly, and yes there are lots and lots of rules, but very easy to go by. I would not recommend this place for families, however, since it is not a family-oriented community, and it's easy for kids to get bored.
