Move Out, Still Pay Rent !

Do not move here. They make you sign a lease that says You continue to pay the rent, after you move out, until we find someone else to rent your apartment. This would be fine if it was just a few hundred dollars, but the rent is over $1000.00 per month, and it took them 4 months to rent my apartment after I moved out. I had to live somewhere more affordable after I lost my job. And I continously told them this. They just giggled. I even got a statement from their lawyer that said, We can impose fees as we do fit. Do not move here, lead or absefetoes in the hallway doors, my kids wait for the school bus there, God knows what the kids do. Glad I moved out, feel a lot better healthly.
