Horrible place to live

I have lived there for two months and it has been one of the most horrible places to live. You can hear everything your neighbor does. There is a huge problem with vaccuming. The tenants vaccum at all hours of the day and night at least two to three times a day. There is never a quiet moment in the apartments. Always very disturbing. The office staff is NEVER in their office so if you have an emergency you might get a phone call back within three to four days. There is poor workmanship throughout the entire apartment. I would not recommend living in Rockwood Manor Apartments.
