Rockwood Manor is an extremely pleasant apartment community. Its location is superb, convenient to shopping, major highways and many restaurants. It is nearby Ferry Park if you enjoy boating, kayaking as we do.
The staff that we have dealt with have all been pleasant, efficient and very friendly. The apartment itself is nicely laid out and well appointed with disposal, brand new dishwasher and gas stove. heat, hot water and gas are all included in the rent. No small thing, that.
The apartment includes two big air conditioning units that are built into the walls. Very efficient cooling even on the hottest days. Nice, new double hung double pane windows. The buildings are well shaded also by the many beautiful trees on the painstakingly landscaped grounds. There are picnic and bistro tables, hammocks and gas grills available for tenant use as well as a nice little garden area for planting flowers or vegetables if you wish.
There is a ton of closet space in our two bedroom unit, including a large walk-in closet. We also have a huge caged-in lockable storage area in the basement of our building.
Our experience here has been excellent so far. If you are considering moving to Rockwood Manr don't hesitate. You are likely to be very happy here. Rocky Hill is a very nice town and this is a well-run, well-maintained apartment complex.

this has to be written by the manger because this is the same style of writing she uses in the ad for renting the apartments. These apartment suck. Can hear every thing around you and her exhusband does all the lawn work after he gets off work. Stay away from these.

Your response has got to be phony because her husband works full-time as the maintenance manager and and I read the ad in the Courant before renting: this is nothing like the ad other than the utilities included.
