Who else but management would refer you to the company's web site. Please...give us a break. Most people can tell....the substandard scores detail some pretty offensive stuff that you would have to be dead not to notice, but 5.0 scores make it seem like the garden of eden. My wife and I stopped by there when we did our apartment search. The place was dilapidated....manager/maintenance guy stood us up and we waited 20 minutes for him to show up......roof looked a thousand years old...balconies cluttered with anything...and nothing I'd want to step outside of my apartment and see.

Gardens'...LMAO.....they were weeds that had gone to seed in the summer heat..wow.

This place deserves some real scores so here they come. 5.0 my butt!!!

weird. Rockwood has no balconies, the manager is a not a guy but a woman and they have a large cultivated gardening area with water for tenants so he must have gone to a different apartment complex. LOLROTF ;-)
