I lived at Rockwood Manor for over a year. I moved because I wanted to save money for school. Located in a residential area, most people in town didn't know there was an apartment complex there. The apartment was pretty and spacious, nice kitchen area. No one bothered me and I barely saw anyone. I think it depends on which building you live in. The parking lot was always plowed in winter and the grounds were very pretty. I'm a lifetime renter and would live there again if I moved back to the area. And yes, Lynn the resident manager IS great, and a cat lover.
