This apt is overly priced for the apartment it is. The maintanence is poor. The leasing staff is rude always. They keep sending deliquent notice for not paying the rent every month even when the rent is paid on the first of every month. The leasing office staff are very unfriendly when you approach them for some maintanence work. The winter time the snow clean up is bad. Normally the black ice is never cleaned up which is very dangerous.
This is not a place worth living and emptying your purse. Quite an unpleasant atmosphere.
