Small, cramped and overpriced!

Located along Silas Deane Highway off I-91, this is not the nicest place to live. Overpriced (try $830 for 770 square feet-!!) and the parking is a nightmare! I have doubts about my safety here. The entire complex is overheated in the winter. Building design is OLD and things are breaking all the time. The management is fairly professional and there's almost always someone in the office. This isn't the best value in Rocky Hill, but then Rocky Hill is so overpriced and over-rated that this place and others like it can charge as they please and no one seems to complain.
