I've rented for the last ten years in several aparment building and, must say Stepny is the best aparmtment complex yet. the Price is fair, good size and lots of amenities. Maintainance is quick, Manager is top notch, Staff is very caring and profesional. Yes Rocky Hill Is an up scale communityand I'm proude to belong.
