I lived here for a while and do not feel that the price is worth what you get. The place is extremely warm in the winter. The staff has always been courteous, available and helpful. I have never had a problem parking but the lot may not be the safest....had friends get things stolen off/out of cars.
The noise is not a factor and laundry was convenient. Again, overall it wasn't bad, but the pricing is ridiculous.
