I lived in this apartment with my roommate for 5 months until a disagreement of who should be in our apartment caused us to break our lease. The apartment itself was great, but now the only person in the office is Adrian. At first he was very understanding about breaking it and told us our options. He even referred people to us to try and get them to take over our lease. Well, even with all this, I couldn't find anyone to take my apartment.

After a misunderstanding of payment form for the lease break fee (it has to be in money order) he was downright rude and condescending to both myself and my roommate. He treated us like we were idiots and it was totally uncalled for.

Even with all this, I would recommend the apartment, as it was a nice apartment. You don't see your neighbors much, although you smell their food at dinner time. I am in a much smaller apartment which I like better, but I miss the space in the apartment at Stepny. Especially the walk-in closets! Just make sure you're going to stay there for a year, as it was a big pain.
