We moved to Stepny Place not too long ago, and thanks to this website where I had read some reviews and chose this community. It is a wonderful complex to live in...the apartments are nice and really spacious. The best thing is the accessibility- by staying here you will be close to shopping and fine dining. The only con I think is the noise that you can hear from the apartment above you, but the best bet is to look for the top floor. I have children, and also know that I can't control them so it doesn't bother me as much anyways. The new management is also nice and I have nothing to complain about.

Lastly, the main reason why I like these apartments is the safety intercom, and having children that was my first priority. So if anybody out there is planning to move to Rocky Hill, then Stepny Place can be your next best home.
