WE HAVE LIVED HERE A FEW YEARS NOW,.{WE JUST RE-UPPED AGAIN}..THRU THE CONSTRUCTION,THE MAJOR CHANGES AND NOW ITS ALL COMING TOGETHER!..WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEW CLUBHOUSE AND INDOOR POOL OPENING SOON! THE MANAGEMENT TEAM HERE IS VERY SOLID AND THE NEW WINDOWS,SLIDERS,WATER HEATERS,DECKS, AND SIDING HAS MADE THIS A MODERN PLACE TO LIVE. THE MAINTENACE STAFF IS ALWAYS THERE TO HANDLE "ANYTHING THAT NEEDS FIXIN'". AND THEY DO A NICE JOB OF LANDSCAPING AND KEEPING THE BUILDINGS CLEAN. This was absolutely written by one of the staff members at Glenbrook Apartments - sure the improvements are great... from the outside - no changes have been made to the apartment interiors & they've increased the rent by $100s!

Obviously this is a staff influenced thought, it will take no more than a dumb person to conclude this sound more like an Ad rather than a discussion. If you are stupid enough to write something like this and think people who read this won't think that it is not an Ad, I can't imagine how stupidER you would be running an apartment complex.

Of course this is staff influenced. We are all influenced by our surroundings. This forum is to voice our opinions, not to anonymously bash one another. As PHITRSH stated, we love it here (I'm the TRISH part of that user name and I don't hide behind an anonymous response). The staff has been good to us and we have appreciated their quick responses on the few occasions when we've had problems. We have enjoyed the year that we've been here and are looking forward to all the improvements being made including the new club house.
