Totally agree with the other reviewer that new management brought more problems. They forgot sending out bills and then charged us late fees as a result of their fault.

Please make sure you write down anything you discussed with the management. The property manager Jennifer doesn't remember what she said - she agreed to waive the late charge for us (because the management didn't send out the bill) when we moved out and asked us to leave our new address so they can send us our deposit. However, we never received our deposit back and when I reached Jennifer after leaving numerous messages, she totally denied the conversation we had or returning our deposit.

Jennifer might have been bad, but the new women terresa is the world worst human being. i dont know how she sleeps at night
