I moved here from another complex owned by the same management, because it was closer to work and family. The other place was nicer...Buildings are old, but seem to be well-insulated: heat is oil in the townhouses- we had a full tank at move-in in July, and just filled in January. Parking is horrible- it seems they have a bare minimum of 2 spaces per 2-bedroom unit, so beware if your neighbors have guests-you will have to park in the fire lane or in front of the dumpsters. There is actually a registered vehicle parked in the lot that has not moved from the same space since July(I know no one drives it because I asked!).

Maintenance is adequate- although I haven't had any emergencies all the minor issues were fixed within a few days. The kitchens in the townhouses are extremely tiny, especially after you put a washer and dryer in there(only the townhouses allow these-the garden units have HUGE kitchens but don't allow washer-dryer hookups because those units include heat).

Snow removal is sub-par, and lawn maintenance is lax-we had windstorms knock down branches which are still on the ground a week later.

The location is the selling point here- close to the center of town and all the amenities are within walking distance, or just a short ride. Good schools if you have kids. Larger dogs are accepted here with a hefty non-refundable deposit.
