Let me list the issues I have.
1) Noisy environment.
2) Old apartments. There is some thing or the other that does not work. One week it is the toilet bowl that overflows or clogs. It is either the washing machines ot A/C or some thing else always. The management takes forever to just look at the problem. Till today we have not been able to use both my baths.
3) They let you move in only during a short interval on Saturday. The elevators are the smallest I have ever seen. The management makes you jump through hoops to just move in after you have signed the lease. Courtesy lasts only till you sign the lease.
4) Concierge is supposed to be available from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM Monday to Thursday. But that is never the case. The concierge is really available only for half hour of her choice at any time during that period. If you have a package and miss the short window, then you have to wait another day or more to get that package.
