Run, do not walk, from this rental opportunity.
Never will you meet people more uninterested in helping you even find a place to live.
The phone' NEVER ANSWERED. NEVER.
Get ready to leave messages forever. And also get ready to not have them returned for days and days.
Here's a phrase you'll want to familiarize yourself with. "We're busy right now." They use it like a badge of honor to excuse each and every error on their part.
If you want four poorly built walls and lots of problems--this is the rental for YOU!
If you want a community that at least puts on a good show of caring whether you move in, or that you're moving into a new town and would like to think that your living community is run by people, not money-grubbing scumbags'
Look elsewhere.

Have you lived at Avalon Glen to know that management are scumbags, sounds like you must have not passed the criteria to lease an apartment here. Sorry better luck next time.
