Unbelievably poor management company.
Where to start'
Elevators consistently broken down on my side of the building.
My wife and family were stuck in it for over 8 minutes last week.
Called after hours maintenance and they offered nothing.
The next day it was still operating and stalling on floors.
This building is a hazard waiting to happen.
Hallways are not kept clean.
Carpets stained e.t.c.
Don't rent anything on the 4th floor unless you want to walk through a hallway in excess of 97 degrees next summer.
They don't respond to any requests to fix the a.c.
in hallways.
They say it's not part of the apartment rental.
Just don't bother.
They haven't even kept their staff in the office.
As of now there is not conceirge service and hasn't been with the exeption of two of the 7 days they're supposed to be for over 2 months now.
Bottom line.
They suck and it's not worth what they charge because there essentially is no extra service.
