The management is horrific - they are completely incompetent and each person in the leasing office gives different information. You have no way of knowing what is true. I lived there for 3 weeks and they charged me $150 to clean the carpets which they are supposed to do for the next tenant and I'm not supposed to pay for. The deposit is only supposed to be for damage, not normal wear and tear, but they steal from their tenants. This has been the worst living experience of my life. Do not even consider this building, you'll regret it.
