I just moved out after living at Avalon Glen for 11 months and thank goodness I'm out.
Supposedly I did $500 worth of damage in the apartment not covered by my non-refundable pet deposit.
Though they do not require a walk-through upon move out, DO IT.
I did not live in the nice white building, but rather a brick building also owned by Avalon across the street.
Maintenance was responsive for the most part, yet the office staff was incompetent.
There were birds living in the exhaust duct from my bathroom for most of the year and nothing was done to remove them.
Avalon Glen is not worth the rent.
