Lived for three years (2005-2008) and rarely had issues. I'm sorry for everyone that did, but we've always been treated very nicely by the people that worked in the building, never had issues. Once I accidently dropped my car keys in the garbage shoot and they went out of their way to immediately look thru all the crap in the container to find it.

Definitely clean the apartment thoroughly before you leav - it is your job to keep it neat - and then do the walk-thru with them so you know for sure any issues they may have.

The location, the pool, the quiet neighborhood makes this a great place to live. And as far as noise from other neighbors - get a top floor apartment.
