I lived here from the moment they opened until late 1999. Being a few years beyond my departure, I've had time to cool down and offer a lucid review. The staff was poorly trained and in some instances, nasty. When one pays such a premium for a rental, one would think that there would be better quality control. The only pleasant employee was Frank the security guard. From the condescending office personnel to the almost criminally tempered chief of janitorial services, the shoddy construction of the facility was a non-issue by comparison. It is amazing how a massive publicly traded organization can allow such a glaring display of mismanagement continue for so long. To give you an idea of how unpleasant my experience was living there, I would prefer living in the building of my first rental apartment....it was a building where the other tenants took a liking to urinating in the elevators! Believe it. Look elsewhere.
