I've been living at Avalon Grove for 1,5 years now and look forward to moving out of this awful place. I might say the buiding looks good and the parking lot is hassle -free but the management team.. Ohhh Gosh... I've never dealt with such a Jerks. Well, I cann't generalise it... Oscar and Ed are the worst employees I have ever seen. Rude, liars, unfair, etc...
The building... As I said looks great but lots of problems as fire alarm buzzing during the night (many times), corridor stinking, swimming pool closed my Department of Heath, Power lost for almost 24 hours, etc...
I could write a book just talking about my experiences at Avalon Grove. I might say that all communities have some hassles but the management team is usually friendly and helpful but you can NOT expect it at Avalon Grove.
The bottom line is: Don't waste your money living here... It's too expense and I'm sure you don't want to pay a high rental and get too many headaches as your welcome gift.
